VOCABULARY
Thanks to the INALI’s support the LSMY’s project has been able to research various communities of speech. Chicán and Nohkop initially but more recently Trascorral, Cepeda and Chemax as well. In these communities’ various types of recordings have been conducted, rehearsals, and observations that now allow us to be more certain regarding which sign languages relate.
The map shown below shows distances of visited places and where it was carried out documentation:
